Where technology
meets beauty

There is a rare balance in architecture between what is seen and what is felt. Lùmina Lago has found it. A project that is not simply beautiful: it is intelligent, precise, visionary. Every construction choice is the result of a meticulous pursuit of perfection, where the most noble materials of the territory engage in a continuous dialogue with the most advanced technologies of our time, bridging tradition and the future in perfect harmony.

Moltrasio Stone - The soul of the place

Moltrasio has its own stone. Grey, dense, shaped by time and the lake. The same stone that for centuries has built the villages, the staircases, the walls that descend to the water's edge. In Lùmina Lago, this stone has been chosen as the identity material of the project: not a decorative finish, but the very DNA of the building. Its veining tells the story of the territory, its colour blending naturally with the landscape at every hour of the day, from the silver light of morning to the amber reflections of sunset. It is the lake becoming home.

Glass - Dissolving into the panorama

If stone is the soul, glass is the gaze. Lùmina Lago is designed to dissolve into the panorama: expansive floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing transforms every room into a private belvedere over the lake. The boundary between inside and outside disappears: what remains is only the lake, the mountains, the light. The glazed surfaces are engineered to capture sunlight in every season, flooding interiors with natural luminosity and returning, at night, the reflection of the village lights on the water like a painting that changes without end.

Home Automation — Intelligence at the service of comfort

Lùmina Lago is a residence that thinks. The entire building is governed by a state-of-the-art home automation system: lighting, climate, security, glazing control, shading, and energy management are all accessible with a single touch - from a smartphone, tablet, or the flush-mounted wall panels integrated seamlessly into the interiors. The home learns the habits of its residents, adapting to daily rhythms to deliver maximum comfort with minimum effort. Coming home becomes an experience in itself: lights rise gradually, the temperature is already exactly right, the curtains open onto the lake like the curtain of a natural theatre.

Heating & cooling — Perfect climate in every season

The quality of living is measured in degrees as well. Lùmina Lago features an integrated underfloor heating and radiant cooling system that ensures an ideal temperature in every season, without draughts, without noise, without compromise. Summer on the lake can be warm, but inside Lùmina Lago, the temperature always recalls a cool September dawn, fresh and perfect. Winter, in turn, brings a warmth that rises gently through the stone floors, creating that enveloping sense of comfort no traditional radiator can replicate. A high-efficiency system designed to respect the environment as much as those who inhabit it.

The elevator - The detail that makes the difference

In a village like Moltrasio, where the terrain plays with level changes and gradients are part of the charm, an elevator is not a luxury: it is a vision. Lùmina Lago features a design elevator connecting the parking level directly to the residence entrances, eliminating all effort and making daily life fluid and effortless. An element that seems simple, but one that reveals the care with which every single aspect of the project has been conceived for those who will call it home.

A project of rare excellence

Lùmina Lago is the sum of courageous and deliberate choices: the stone of the territory, the glass that embraces the landscape, the technology that places itself entirely at the service of life. Just five exclusive units, three apartments and two villas, each with private outdoor spaces, dedicated parking, and no shared interiors. An exclusivity built into the very fabric of the building, before it is ever reflected in its value. For those who have seen everything, and know how to recognise what truly matters.
